Our "Extraordinary Me" programme builds the character, skills, and experiences essential for success beyond school.

  • Extraordinary Skills & Qualities: Develop character values and employability skills, track progress, and reflect on strengths using Unifrog.
  • Extraordinary Experiences: Participate in kindness projects, clubs, outdoor challenges, and community events that shape personal growth.
  • Extraordinary Qualifications: Achieve a range of qualifications, from GCSEs and A Levels to First Aid, to stand out as extraordinary.

 


Ambition in Action:
Careers Education & Unifrog

From Year 7, students receive personalised careers support, including:

  • Access to the Careers Office and a personal Unifrog profile for exploration.
  • At least 10 days of work experience (Years 7-11), plus Sixth Form work experience opportunities 
  • Preparation for Life lessons linking character to real-life workplace scenarios.
  • One-to-one career advisor meetings and visits from education providers.
  • Taster days, university open days and our specialist pathway support (Oxbridge, Law, Veterinary, STEM, Medicine) .
  • Networking at careers fairs and "Dream Big" employer events.
  • Alumni connections and curriculum-linked careers education.

  • Plan Backwards: Help your child research their desired career, necessary qualifications, and study options.
